Flatshoals Imports Rim-pack I. by Freed8m v1.0

A pack of wheels from the particularly east-side of the world, from the land of mountains and culture as many would describe it. Not to mention unique-ness.
All of which contributed to this shipment of iconic rims, to the quite opposite land of, anything possible, San Andreas.

[SIDE NOTES] :
- IMPORTANT: Treat this mod as more of a pick-and-choose catalogue, with the ability to sort and rename the files, rather then dropping everything straight into modloader, as that will likely result in clashing files
- To color the car4/tertiary color versions of certain rims (and secondary colors on cars not using it), an external mod which allows the color change of that slot of a car is required, I personally use RZL Trainer for it
- Many cars can't equip certain tuner or lowrider wheels in vanilla tuning garages, and to equip any unavailable, an additional mod is required, like again, RZL Trainer
- While the rims here replace certain vanilla rims in the game, they can be renamed without issue to replace other desired rims instead, using a guide like this: https://www.deviantart.com/slycoopergta/art/Wheel-Guide-669287362
